Yea sounds super cool. Plus I've been trying to find out who can take trips during the week this summer.

There's a whole PDF file of the route. Almost sounds like you want to come off the trail and see some of the places along the way too. I'll read more of it when I get home.

I am still waiting for the last of the snow storms to start bugging the ranger stations for roads that need to be opened. The pdf is the rough guide for now, with all of the 4x4 additions. But that may need to be altered depending on what they decide not to open up this season (if anything). May the snow is still melting, June seems to be a bit busy for everyone with the Expo and Moab. So I am thinking late June or mid July for this journey, that way it will be a bit warmer also. But send your thoughts, I can take 7 days whenever I want so I can change dates for a better group.

On the notes about meeting up later in the trip, that may be rough since we could change plans while driving. But anyone is welcome to start and cut out.

Make sure to think about what your rig needs for a week long trip, and what you need to make sure you can get through all the tricky patches of road we will find. I will have a chainsaw so we should have no issues clearing virgin trails if there are any. But if you are light on the armor and recovery, make sure you have straps and hook points available.

Thanks for the info. I actually have a packed summer, as far as weekends go, but I'm free during the week. So scheduling might be tricky for me.

I think if anything, I'm most concerned about gas. I only get 12mpg (so roughly 200 miles per tank before the light goes on), but I do have 2 jerry cans.

I might be able to swing something like this depending on dates, but I'd need to get the last of my overland mods done.
