yea if ur in a sport non 4x4 id play it safe and stick to pavement or dry grass

 

added a brewery and a Bernie sticker.

 

.... I drive my 2 wheel drive through sugar sand, mud, up dirt hills and all.... Hell i did the same with the 4 cyl i use to have...

I have no diff lock either... A little common sense goes a long way but even without 4x4 or a locker these trucks are capable of more than you'd think.

I have been stuck a couple times. I'll get stuck again I'm sure... But i never let that stop me haha

 

Great brewery! Hoping to go back this year.

Amazon prime came through with more items for my stereo build. I'm just waiting on amps, sub(s) and enclosure and sound deadener. Parts just stockpiling til then.

Also have my friend picking up my order from King Shocks. He's got my suspension parts stockpiled for me til everything is ready.

Just got delivery of my Tan Softopper to go on my DCSB Quicksand TRD Sport...

 

I got a few pics. But stopping in the middle of mud or soft sand to take a picture is not the best idea if your trying NOT to get stuck LOL

Now these spots are very close to my house so i go quite a bit, and i grew up around here so i been playing in the dirt all my life. Like i said you have to use common sense and understand there is always a chance you will get stuck, or worse!!

Also its your truck and you can do with it what you like of course, but i wouldnt copy what others are doing without having some one around, with another truck or jeep, to help you out in a bind if you dont have any experience going off road.

2wd 4 cyl. Totaled. Thanks to a young girl not paying attention.





2wd 6cyl... Had this one for less than 48 hours before they tried raising the payments on me, so i took it back... But got to play in it a bit first












The one i have now, also a 2wd 6cyl... Just realized i havent taken many pictures of this one in the pits... But im sure you get the idea...







Again i have been stuck a couple times, but i still use my truck the way that makes ME happy

it's quite a trip. about 500mi from where i live. but i bought my Tacoma in Oregon so i used it as an excuse to check out my favorite breweries on the way back down. got to check out Deschutes, Ninkasi, and Russian River. a week later we went to San Diego (about 2 hrs south) and went to Ballast Point, Stone, Green Flash, Mother Earth, and a few smaller ones i can't remember.

 

Ballast Point and Green Flash in the same day? I'm jealous. I'm spoiled having such easy access to Richmond, but that list you just threw down makes me jealous.

 

Do the JBL GTO 609C's only come with 1 tweeter? or what all does it include? I'm new to audio

I'm looking to replace my door speakers only for now and maybe more down the road.

 

They come with a pair (2) of tweeters and a pair (2) of 6.5"s

 

Hey opentang, how did you get those stickers off of your visor? Heat? Solvent? It looks pretty good to me.

 

This will be the next great thing I do to my Taco!

 

Debadged and dipped my tailgate. Also dipped my emblems and grille. Looks so much better without all that chrome.

 

Added reflective Tacoma decals and chrome tip. I don't know about other people but I really dig my chrome bumper .

 

Wraped my hood like a PRO

 

Next time in SD hit Modern Times and Saint Archer.
