    Everyone does stupid shit but sometimes you REALLY do something stupid and ya just gotta laugh...

    I'm traveling for work and I just got into the hotel room a few minutes ago. I promised my girlfriend I would text her to let her know that I made it OK. So I fire off a text to her that says "Hey baby, made it to the hotel. A little bit of traffic but not bad". Only I didn't send it to my girlfriend - I sent it my my boss! My female boss. Who I'm picking up at the airport in a few hours.
    :eek:o_O:facepalm::smack::rofl:

    It's time to go to the lobby and have a beer. Anyone want to commiserate and share the stupid thing you've done recently?

    A couple months ago I got home from work, parked my truck in the driveway and went inside to get cleaned up. My wife and son got home 45 minutes later and asked me why my truck was in the corner of the yard. Apparently I did not put my ebrake on or put the truck in gear. It rolled down the driveway, hitting my mailbox, went backward down my street, re-entered my yard and hit a telephone pole. $4000 in damage to the truck, luckily nobody was hurt.

    I did. I think she'll laugh herself silly. Not a "job in jeopardy" stupid thing, just a general "I'm an idiot" thing.

    Forgot to put the parking break on the golf cart my buddy an I were about to tee off and it rolled right by me while in my back swing. So we jus started chasing after it, but it was too late hit the bunker and flipped over. Clubs were good cooler of beer wasn't. Flipped over and skipped that hole lol.

    I'll tell you a silly story of mine. Few years ago my buddy, his wife, my GF and I were pre gaming before a bar run. Well we decided to head out and usually when my GF and I would leave out the front door I'd let her go ahead and give her a little booty slap. Not aggressive just s little tap.

    Well, we all jumped up from the table grabbed out boots and coats and took off, I was the last one out and my GF was the first, my buddy went behind her and his wife followed. Well, out of where habit I reached up and tapped her on the booty. She turned around wide eyed, I'm wide eyed we laughed and got in the truck.

    Now her, and I, had and are still very good friends. We worked together for years before I ever knew her husband or before I dated my GF. But, it was eating me up I had "tapped" her butt.

    So we all got the bar and about 20 minutes in her husband and I were going to get beers at the bar. I said "bro, I have something to tell you, I'm really really sorry, but I smacked your wife's butt."

    He didn't even hesitate to bust up laughing, and said "hell I do it all the time, don't worry about it!"

    TL/DR I smacked my married friend's butt. Her husband lol'd about it.
