I've decided to grow my beard back out before I pop the question with the Gf. I've got some time to do it so it's on at least until I am back where it use to be. This is my former self

You definitely lost 50 pounds off of your 3 lift total. Beard itself adds 30 pounds, 'fro has to be somewhere close to that.

haha - I think I could just use that as an excuse to get a few extra months in on the growing. I figure 9 months I'd be long enough to wear I could maintain it and she wouldn't care as much. I can never get through the awkward months before I finally cut it...

I'm missing something here. She lets you have that beard....looks like JLaw...AND YOU HAVEN'T POPPED THE QUESTION YET?!?

 

Started a new job today, worked from 04:00-09:00 and that gave me 12K steps, tomorrow I start 04:00-13:00, I'm hoping for an easy 20K tomorrow.

Damn, now that's a beard. Mine never got that long...I think I went about 6 months. I'm not allowed to anymore b/c of work. I don't ever get to go past about a quarter of an inch.

First time back on the gym after I took a week off from having ulcers in the back of my throat. Could barely eat/drink/swallow water but it's pretty much back to normal.

Hit legs and now I know I'm gunna be sore until the weekend.

Not quite buzzed, but much shorter. Beard game has never been strong. Work out partner told me it was looking Amish this morning. I mostly just trimmed it off my neck.

(I had just blown an air compressor through it after doing some yard work lol, so it was extra 'fro-like)

 

Been going 9 years strong now. It'll happen for sure just wanted to wait till I was old enough. My older brother is 10 years older than me and on wife #3.

My wife and I are hitting our 4year anni next month, but we are on year 10 together. Started dating while she was a senior in HS and I was a frosh in college.
