I'm just now ordering stuff for my system and I picked up these:

    Metra 71-1761: http://www.amazon.com/Metra-71-1761...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

    Metra 70-1761: http://www.amazon.com/Metra-70-1761...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

If you watch this video, the guy makes a harness where you won't have to cut any factory wires. I plan on going this route.

Is that price per bulb? I could not find info if it is for one or two bulbs or what comes in the "kit".

Well my life work has brought me to Arkansas. It seems like the tornadoes that are messing up Oklahoma may be heading here. Here is a pic of my quicksand taco from my hotel window. Hope it doesn't get smashed tonight

I didn't build it hoping for your approval, I built it because it meets mine!
New custom exhaust today! Kept all four cats, routed the pipe running under the transfer case to behind it, ran both pipes individually into a two-into-one big body Magnaflow muffler and out through a 2.5" high tuck tailpipe. Plaza Mufflers in Old Town Orange off the Orange Circle did an excellent job and the price was less than a catback Magnaflow or Borla system.

Edit: forgot to mention it's all mandrel bent as well

    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Now quit looking up my trucks skirt!

    Thanks dude!
Gonna make a quick video soon, just gotta find my GoPro first. It sounds great. Not loud, not quiet, very little drone if at all. Power feels about the same.

I agree, it seems counterintuitive. The same pipe on my FJ was almost crushed shut after a while. I had nearly the same system built for it way back then and it put my mind at ease when I was smashing the undercarriage on rocks and logs and unattended small children.
When am I selling you my truck? Whenever you send me a check with my name on it haha

The listing was for the kit so two bulbs and two little voltage controller boxes.

It fits, Amazon hasn't updated a lot of their items for 2016 Tacomas.

Ok guys I need some help. So I'm currently in the middle of wiring up a switch which is in the first picture to some ditch lights. I used a 4 prong reley like in the second picture. So my question is where do I hook up the green wire to that's located on the switch? I know I'm overlooking something. I just need some educated guidance lol. Thanks!

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the green wire go to the line that goes to wire with the fuse that should be connected to your battery? And red 1 to 86 on the relay?

I'm no pro so hopefully someone else chimes in. Is that supposed to be the switchback? Is there a separate relay mounted somewhere else?
As far as I understand that picture
Red1 goes to your ditch lights
Red2 taps into either the fuse box or driving light wire
Black is ground so to me that just leaves a power source to be needed like battery??
