Got them today. Will be mounted up in 1 week. The Matte Gray looks pretty close to the lunar silver.

 

Definitely not a clean truck but just got these bad boys put on.... And they rub hard with a 2 inch lift . I thought I would be fine with 265/75/16 but it rubs on the front and the rear of the wheel well. Time to trim a lot!

 

Sharp! Remove your front mud flaps(big &mini) and see if that helps. Set your alignment o max caster if it's rubbing slightly in the cab mount area.

 

These look sick! Just wish they didn't have the fake bead lock... Fake bead lock is a no go for me.

 

I'm running 265/75/16 and stock suspension. I have no mud flaps front and back and only had to trim a bit in the rear of the front fender well. No rubbing anymore. I haven't taken it off road too hard so I can't say what it would be like if they were stuffed. Daily driving is no issue

 

Mudflaps removed and rubbing is gone! Thanks. I'll still probably have to trim for off road purposes but at least this fixes the current problem

 

I'm glad that worked. Look into the short Husky mud flaps if you need to have them. They're sleeker in design and not prone to rubbing the tires.

 

Yah I have the Rock Blox ones that are super thing but I guess it wasn't enough. There's less than and inch of space between it and my fender. When I get the truck in the air I'll try and mess with the castor plus I need to adjust my front coil overs for a little more lift. Thanks again Vin these are beautiful!

Out with the old and in with the new

 

Getting my 17" Gunmetals mounted on Thursday to some 265/70/17 BFG KO2's. Then immediately leaving for the Lone Star Toyota Jamboree. Still running stock lift so will see how that plays out, no mudflaps so may just have some rubbing on the trails and that's about it.

 

I have fox 2.5 non resi with LR ucas up front. I never adjusted the fox's out of the box though so I might need to adjust for more lift and that should help

 

Posted these up in the SCS gallery too. Really stoked on how these look! Hopefully can get out town and get some proper photos soon.

I had the same hesitation you did! As soon as I started seeing photos of the gun metal wheels installed I was worried I made the wrong choice but after installing these I'm glad I went black.
