    I save a picture to my desktop. Then I go advanced to post a reply. I click the paperclip (on the top row of buttons) then I click "Browse" and select the file.

    Then I click the down arrow next to the paperclip and select the attachments.

    Yep, Firefox won't cut and paste a picture from a browser tab (when it pastes, it puts the address to your temp directory between two image tags, which won't work). IE7 works fine. With Firefox, you can open two browser windows and drag-n-drop a picture from one browser into the editor on the other browser. You can't do it from a tab though as you have to be able to switch tabs without letting go of the mouse button.

    I think you also have to have the Enhanced Editor selected in your User CP.

    You can also right-click an image and select "Copy Image Location" and paste that into your editor between two image tags. Or you can use the little image icon [​IMG] and paste the URL address into it's dialog box.
