Sorry I haven't had much time to get on the forums. Here's how she sits as of now...
    d0d62a1bb271cc180ee4d95cbdab7e19_9deedad20c28319bc8f2ae0ae22c8d0edd661afb.jpg

Still need to add a few tubes to tie the cage into the frame but I loaned my bender and notcher to a buddy over the weekend.

    Got the radiator mount finished

I need to finish a few small things but the front suspension is just about complete. I have 2 weeks to finish the cage, mount all the under hood accessories like the fuse box and whatnot, wire the fuel pump and radiator fan, mount some lights, rear view camera (for mirror), bleed the brakes and fill up with fluids and hopefully she'll be ready to do a shakedown a day or two before the Prerunner Invasion. I'll try to snap a few more worthy pics over the next few day.

Your kit looks badass man, can't wait to see it on the ground.

Finally got the kit back from powdercoat. It's time for reassembly.

@928 Engineer Your cage is how I want mine to look next year. I need to add a tube underneath the dash and the windshield V bar.

Thanks man. I have redone the bedcage so many times that I wanted to avoid that moving forward. I spent a bunch of time on the forums and IG saving photos of different aspects of people's work and combined it. The engine cage had a lot of influence by Tommy's and Mike's trucks who designed/ fabricated the kit with some parts of Getch's taco and Khris /TPF racing. Radiator mount idea came from Morgan Clarke, etc... Just take your time and plan, make some shitty drawings in paint and change what you don't like on paper (as much as you can while still getting everything to clear. I've tried to take a bunch of photos as I've gone so if you want to check anything just let me know. My number is 734-904-3417, shoot me a text.

Yes. I need to take some side shots with the hood off. I still need to tie the engine cage into the cab cage. That's on my list for next year.

Thanks Doug. I lived in San Marcos/Carlsbad for a few years but never got to make any of the local runs.

    Yes sir.
Made that run a couple more times after and from what I hear, it's closed down at this point.
I'm told it was private property but can't confirm.

Damn that looks good. Powder coating looks great.

Is that a nasty door ding in the driver door?

It's not private land but CDF or USFS has closed the gate, the only private property is an old access from Carvacre area...Which has been closed for awhile I guess...
