Yeti Knockoff tumbler at walmart

Fuck yeah!

 

Being yei cups made in China they are probably from same mfg. Jus missing embossed yeti. Good find. I will pick one of these up also for work use and keep yeti at home.

 

How do you say:



Can I put Cool Whip in my tumbler and how long will it last?

stopped by my local Wally World on way home yesterday to check stock, none. they had the tiny one, no middle or large ones in stock

Mine was supposed to be here May 31st and I got it last week. 45 qt tan. You'll be happy.

 

Yeah. It'll be 2 day shipping after you get the email. I also ordered mine a few months ago.

 

So I tried it. Last night at 11:35pm I put hot water that registered 201.5 degrees in a 40 degree refrigerator. At 6:35 this morning, seven hours later, I pulled it out and it registered 97.5 degrees.

 

That test was pretty cool. I've had my Yeti for a while now and love it but these are just as good!

 

This^^. It wouldn't be the first time a company took their mfg to China and got screwed. In one case they took the whole state-of-the-art facility, waited til they had millions in stock, locked the gate and told the company owners to go pound sand. http://www.manufacturingnews.com/news/11/0415/Fellowes1.html

 

I wish they had a little flip plug for the main hole. The tumbler maintains cold temps extremely well, but since heat rises (out the hole), it is not as efficient for hot liquids. Still better than anything else I have used. Plus the lid is easy to clean as opposed to the more complex, flip/slide types.

FYI if anyone wants to know an easy way to get the gasket off to clean. Just hold the lid somewhat firmly with a thumb one side and finger on the other pinning the gasket on opposite sides. Then take your other thumb and sort of push-slide the gasket following it around the edge just like you are trying to rub something off of it in one motion. It will start to bulge up in the middle where you can grab it and comes off easily. Make sure you put the gasket back on with the wider flange/ridge facing up.

 

Yea I agree. l liked how Mossy Oak has a closeable lid but for 5.99 you can buy a closeable RTIC lid to use with this tumbler.

 

I will have to pick one up the next time i'm at Wally World.

 

@JimboAnz @Daria and anybody else local to me...Walmart here at Hilton Head has ~16 20oz in stock. I'm planning on 4 of each but will get 20s now. Want me to grab some for you?
