So I have multiple problems being mine got
So I'm dealing with multiple issues being mine got lifted by 3 inch. Vibration on low speed regardless of rpm. Culprit? Needle bearing. Secondly, at 2000 rpm which is the motor mount that was poorly designed that is creating this harmonic vibrations

I had a bad vibration on my TRD OR. After insisting they road-force balanced each of the crap goodyears until they found a bad one. Balanced fine on a regular balancer.

I think these Goodyear A/Ts are actually a decent tire, but they are definitely hard to balance (source: have them on my 1st Gen)

I have the vibration issue too, just maybe not as bad as some. I feel it in the steering wheel and gas pedal/floorboard right around 2k RPM and some at other RPMs. At one point on the highway my arm and foot was going tingly so I guess we'll see what happens on my trip to Silverton Colorado in July for camping and 4-wheeling. I'll be towing a pop-up camper as well.
I sent a message thru the Toyota Care website a couple days ago. No response yet.
Also, this is my very first Toyota (always been a Dodge or Nissan guy) so this sucks a bit. Like others have said I love this truck, just not this issue or maybe because it's a little tight for a 6'3" person like me. The seat bottoms are a little small too but other than that I love it! lol

So is everyone sure it's the motor mounts?

No one has switched them yet, so it's not confirmed.

Make sure you call corporate as well.

No, most folks do not have the issue, and we all have the same motor mounts.

And like many of us, you'll be wasting your time only to be told "it's normal"
or "give it time to break in". I was given both of those answers and all Corp.
could offer was a return trip. Good Luck, it'll be nice when someone gets some
    where with this issue.

I've called corporate but haven't brought it to the dealer. I'll mention it when I get my 6 month oil change, but I'm not wasting a trip.

that's when I did it too. He said and noted in the paperwork that he believed it to
be the engine mounts and have a few thousand miles of "break-in" I should no longer
notice or feel the vibe - I'm at 4900 miles currently and feel it much more than I
    did when it was new.

I'm wondering if perhaps some of the motor mounts are not installed properly (torqued down). After all a lot of us had loose Ubolts.

Aside from the vibration, I wonder if the motor mounts / transmission mounts could be the culprit of the R to D shift bump.

I know some bad motor mounts could cause such problems. And if a mount wasn't installed properly, then the vibration could cause premature wear on the mount and the problems would get worse.

I know my R to D shift bump has gotten worse. Just a theory.

Someone here had the motor mounts adjusted by the tech and it got worse.

I have a little over 1000 miles on my truck and I feel the "buzz" in the accelerator between 2000 & 2500 RPM's. It's not so bad that I'd consider getting rid of the truck, but it is an annoyance.

IMHO, unless we can prove that it's a safety issue Toyota ain't gonna do shit!!!!

There are lots of TSBs that have nothing to do with safety.

It could take awhile or non at all for the fix because it is not life threatening. Just look at the TAKATA air bags. It took them years to admit that there was a design flaw. Our issue is I believe way way below on their concerns. But still hoping they'll fix it unless someone got into an accident because that tingling numbed foot couldn't feel the brake pedal.

Good idea. That's what I'm going to do. I'm at 3500 miles right now and my 1st oil change is at 5000.

Corporate did however give me the Service Manager's name so I called and left a message for him regarding the issue.
