(April/2016) Decided i wanted some rake back and my taco lean was getting pretty bad so i ordered a set of adjustable shackles from ToyTec. Set the driver side at 2 inches and the passenger at 1.5. Cranked on the front driver side coilover and voila! No more lean. I got a ton more flex with the new shackles, and was finally able to drop my tire below my slider



^ Wheelers Extended SS brake line and rear diff breather relocate to behind the driver side brake light.



You can see where I'm getting way more articulation out of the front from taking that pesky sway bar off.

@Spagget13 has a sweet bedcage... i think i want to go the racetruck route... i would be one of the only east coast guys to do it.

 

We can do it, would you do it out of all straight pieces out have some stuff bent for it?

 

idk. have you looked at his xtra cab cage build? i would buy a tube bender for the project.

That's what my 4Runner has in it and when I get a real job and money flowing I'm gonna throw in a new engine then link that bitch and use it as a rock crawler

 

it would be perfect for crawling but I feel like i would want more. my 3.4 is slow enough already.

 

Which is why I'm putting that in the runner.

You could look into a V8 swap. It's been done, or just SC or turbo the 3.4

If I could get the funds I'd SC mine

 

SC is on the future mods list for when i hit that powerball.
