Very nice! I am not anywhere near you though. I'm guessing this is hooked to the dome light or a dedicated switch? I'm thinking you may not need to worry about the plugs for the wires. I'd just have them bare and hook them up to a dedicated switch methinks.

I wired it to a dedicated switch on the dash. You can check out this thread, it has some pictures of how I got it to the dash for a second gen. But really you can wire it any way you feel like it. I know some other people who have purchased it plan on putting a switch in the bed.

If you take a look at the product picture below you will see it comes with the other end of the plug. It makes it easier to remove the bracket after you have installed it if you feel the need.

Based off of what I have seen it looks like it should fit the 1st Gen no problem, but I need to test it out first before I can sell it to you all.

Hi Speedytech7, No trimming or modifications are required for the lights, I wanted it to be any easy install. You basically unscrew your current tail light, mount this bracket, re-install the tail light with longer screws, pop a few pieces of trim off and run the wires where you choose. You can check out this thread for an example on the 2nd gen.
