BAMF 3rd Gen Recessed Raptor Style Grille

I wanted to take a second and give @JLee some customer service props. I unfortunately had some unexpected surgical costs pop up and had to cancel my grille order the other day. Jerry was not only prompt but also very understanding and willing to work with me on getting my money refunded. I plan to get one of these great looking grilles eventually once things calm down a bit and he was even willing to take the cancellation fee and let it apply to a future order of a grille when I am able to swing one again. I really appreciated how smoothly the entire process was. You've got some great customer service chops Jerry. Good luck with getting these grilles out and I really look forward to seeing all the pics and getting incredibly jealous when they start to ship out and get installed.

Oh. I thought they were 90% complete, other than the backing plate. I was thinking all you would have to do, is powder coat a backing plate black, put it together, and ship it?

So, at this point Changing the backing plate to black would take as long for me to get as the grill I pre-ordered complete with the quicksand plate?

 

I said we are going to build the rest to 90% complete and wait for the backing plates to be coated. All that are shipping are those that ordered black when they first ordered. If you want to change to all black it will ship as soon as we have more done that will be before we get the quick sand powder I'm sure.

 

I will have to second that. Jerry truly knows how to run a business. How he handles his business is exceptional and professional and I will for sure recommend him to everyone and continue to buy products from him.
PS I'm on the first batch of grills that are shipping, woot woot!!! Sorry didn't mean to rub it in, just super stoked that's all.

Just a heads up everyone...I've been on the list for many group buys/purchased items here on tw and I've thus far received every single item in a timely manner.
1. This is not Amazon.
2. The items aren't sitting dusty in some warehouse awaiting your click and buy
3. Many items on tw are not even manufactured at the time you pay. This is NORMAL
4. Getting anxious/excited is very different than hounding the OP-please refrain. It slows the process for all parties involved
5. The fact that this OP is replying in such a quick manner and being so polite bodes to his great customer service but the more times any OP has to respond to questions that have already been answered, you can imagine how this would waste the OP's time, not to mention create frustration.

This grille is looking so damn badass and we're all in the same boat in wanting it on our trucks. Please extend the OP the time to produce them with the intended quality.

Hey Jerruh, wherez muh grille?

 

People are getting antsy now Jerry has posted some progress. He has done a good job with updates and keeping us informed. Good parts come to those who wait! I'll kick back and keep stalking my UPS guy everyday.

 

That and we are getting tired of looking at this busted ass stock grille knowing how much better the Jerruh Grille will look.
