Morning all:
They do get a little dusty don't they!

Was told to clean my tower about every 3-6 months, and to concentrate on the cooling system.

 

I clean it once a year and use low pressure air to blow the cob webs out. Maybe I need to do it more often. The TODO list gets longer

IMac FTW ... No towers, no fans, nothing to clean except wipe it off every so often.

Hello Susan.
Been looking for a pic I took of a customers tower. All the fans stopped turning because of dust. I was pulling handfulls of dust bunnies and dog hair out of the case. NASTY!

 

I know, nasty, but.......

 

What job, I'm retired Susan...I just drive occasionally for the dealership. How have you been?

 

The other list is the longest but that's called the "Honey do List". That must be the "JOB" your talking about.

 

Can't complain. How are you? Just working and trying to get my house done.... I figure by Christmas if I'm lucky

'Morning sixtys/wannabes/Susan. We had another hummingbird hit on the window yesterday! My wife rescued the little thing, gave it a safe resting spot until it was able to regain its senses. It woke up, perched on her finger for 10 minutes or so, and finally got up the nerve to try flight again. Thank goodness. Paracord is going up today if I can manage it between rain drops.

I had a friend's tower that looked like that. They asked me to take a look at it because it had stopped working. Took me 2 seconds. Even the disc drive had dog hair sticking out of it! That poor fan was trying to suck air from anywhere it could right up to the end.

Evening all:
This spring went to crap fast! Everything is messed up, turkeys aren't gobbling, walleyes shut down, the river is high, and another cold front is moving in.
