Got my front windows tinted to match the back. Could have gone darker if I wasn't moving to NY soon, silly 70% laws. I'm close to legal at least.

90% of the welding is done, just need to fab some tabs to attach it to the bed rails, lots of grinding left , then rustoleum flat black paint, and a coat of rattle can bed liner

In reality you could run into flooded streets deep enough to cause said problem. We would never attempt to ford deep flooded streets but it's cheap insurance to remedy the problem just in case you get water high enough to enter the now cooling hot diff..

    .
Ordered an "UnderCover SE" 6' hard bed cover ... got it on sale for $789.99 OTD, including shipment (CA to GA), taxes & etc.

The "UnderCover SE" was on sale and same price as "Undercover Classic" ... so I got the SE.

It was in stock and takes about a week with a trucking company (CA to GA).

Do any of you guys have the UnderCover Classic or SE and how do you like it ?? ...... I think all of them in this series come in black only.

Can someone give me some hints on how to remove the center consul? I think the access cab with automatic transmission would be the same procedure for as the double cab? I'd like to be able to remove it to be able to run wiring to an amp under the seat in my access cab and would like to have a clue as to what I'm doing before I start removing screws and such.

Remove the bolts in the center console. Then remove the stick shift. With center console lid open pop the middle portion of the whole unit off. Make sure to remove the shift boot on the e-brake from the console. Then you should be able to remove the rest. Good luck
