My 2005 taco is 4x4 longbed with tow package, I put my ballmount or drawbar in and locked it, but it seems awfully loose in the receiver itself, is this normal?
I looked around but could not find any answers on the board.
    Thanks in advance

    getting there....
yeah, pretty normal. you can buy a clamp type thing to keep the receiver quiet, or drill and tap a hole in the top and use a bolt to tighten up against it.

Norma. It does this on my Taco. I've been considering just putting a little peice of rubber underneath it to quit it.

I use a peice of bicycle inner tube. About 1' take it and go from the top of the hitch around the back, and pull back under the hitch. I hope this makes sense. :)

    This was my original question.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/towing/4942-anti-rattle-hitch-device.html

Check this link out, I know what you are talking about, after several tries with different devices I came out with this.

    Best Regards.

THIS WAS MY FOUND SOLUTION, (with a small mod to it).
