Installing this on my 3rd Gen is tough. Getting the nuts ball on to mount it is damn near impossible. Need tiny hands and long arms

Maybe Donald Trump is available, seeing as you're in NY.... Ha!:humble:

Kidding aside ... it was kind of difficult to unbolt the screws because i only had a regular sized ratchet, but i see how a long handle ratchet would of helped me out, so little space to work with.... but managed to do it thru the spacing from the plastic cover in front of the tires.

2 people is a necessity I feel. Finally got it done. Had to run to Lowe's for some other wrench that let me work from the right angle

Its a 40lb bar, not easy to hold, align and bolt with 1 hand. When we test fitted the prototype on Joshs, we had 3 people, but I just supervised. :)

Lifting it onto the bolts wasn't tough. Just getting the nuts back on is a PITA. Worth it though, looks good :)

got mine on today. take the front grille assembly off and the two black side panels underneath. makes the bolts much easier to get to. I fudged up my light bar wiring harness some how. Wired it up just like the diagram and flipped the switch and all the red wiring burned its shielding off before I could get the battery unplugged. Don't know what happened.

The last of the GB pieces at PC were picked up today and are being packaged up now. Everything should be shipped by tomorrow.

Just wanted to update anyone still waiting. I received my shipping notification yesterday (Friday). Supposed to be here in Oklahoma next Wednesday if everything goes ok. Ordered it on the last day of the GB, so hopefully I'm bringing up the rear as far as receiving my order. Can't wait to see it on MY truck....it looks so good in the pictures on everyone else's!

The GB was a success for sure! Thanks to all that participated. There was a pile of last day orders but all are out now. The ones at the beginning made it out in 2 weeks and the ones at the end took about 3 with some holdups at powder coat.
Thanks to Brandon for letting TW members far exceed the 20 limit that was originally set and still getting them all shipped out as quick as possible.

Not much time to get around to a rear guard but maybe I can get that setup for a Black Friday deal.

Unfortunately I just joined and missed the group buy but I placed an order today anyway because these turned out so nice. Looks like a quality product from a quality company and I can't wait to get mine. Bought my first Tacoma 2 weeks ago and am loving it! 2016 Dbl Cab Limited 4x4 Black

Make sure to post pics. You did use the standard 10% off for TW right?

Write Brandon@avidoffroad.com and let him know you are a TW member and didn't apply the site discount when you placed your order.

    Thanks.
