I drove my Tacoma there. A lot of open spaces. I did enjoy the black hills. Not much as far as food variety. I wish I had a place to hunt antelope there. Hook it up Taco John

Ha, tons of open BLM land to hunt antelope. I live in Cheyenne with a population of around 65,000 and a half hour from Ft. Collins Co, so I am not really roughing it living in Cheyenne. I am pretty well incorporated into the Colorado front range here. I am a hop, skip and a jump away from Colorado for concerts, sporting events etc, and where I recreate is not crawling with all the California transplants crowding the mountains like how it is in Colorado. Plus housing is affordable here. It is a good balance.

Antelope hunting in Wyoming is amazing I've heard. Have not had a chance to do that yet. Some of the best tasting game meat I've had.

Yeah we have around half a million of those little bastards in the state. Almost as much as the human population. Not too hard to harvest one. We grew up hunting them with black powder so is wasn't so damn easy. I am used to seeing them every day but I get excited when I see a big herd next to the side of the road. Sometimes they wander into town. This pic I took was just a few blocks from my house here in Cheyenne.

To be back on topic. My dealer's price to me went up $360 due to Toyotas May price increase. They are passing the whole price increase to me (take it or leave it type deal). Their invoice price went up about $250, so basically they are making $100 extra profit on me. So, I will end up paying about $200-$250 above invoice.

Is May's price increase for upcoming '17 models?

Mines being built at the end of May and its a 2016, so I expect it should carry the price increase from that point on. I waited 6 months for this truck, so it was a tough one to get. Along with the price increase, I noticed the letter behind my model number changed from G to J. I guess Toyota changed something along the way as the rest of truck is configured exactly the same way I wanted it.

That is what I am hoping for if I end up with the auto. I am locked and loaded financing-wise, just need to sell my 2002 before I pull the trigger on anything.

In CT, MSRP of $38,360. Got for $35,600 ($130 over invoice) minus rebate of $750 makes it $34,850 ($620 below invoice) plus tax, reg, and $399 dealer fee. We agreed to $37,750 OTD with everything. Happy about the price overall.

Signed the paperwork April 23rd, still waiting to hear from the dealer on a build date and more specifics... He said I should have an update Thursday or Friday.

Quicksand DCLB 4x4 with towing, Tech w/o JBL, and mudguards.
