    Get you one of the cheap ass scales man. <$40. I'm not sure how accurate it is but, it does a trend. Mine puts me in the 13.5% range so I think 11 is def not out of the question for you.

    My caliper was like $11 on Amazon. I want a scale like @dwalden2 has though. Mainly because the reflection makes you look like the Incredible Hulk.
