I was extremely dizzy yesterday and I thought it was because my blood sugar was really low, so I ate some left over Reese's eggs from Easter in hopes it would spike it. It didn't work, so I proceeded to eat A LOT of Reese's eggs. And some fruit roll ups. And some fried plantains. Basically consuming well over 200 carbs in less than an hour (my daily "limit" is 50). I hadn't had a cheat/refuel day in over two weeks, so I guess I was craving it. Anyways, woke up this morning still dizzy as fuck. Went to the doctor's at lunch and it turns out I have an ear infection which was throwing my equilibrium off.

I would eat pizza before a work out or post workout but I don't think I could eat pizza while working out. That man is talented.

So one day last week I was trying to get my roommate to go workout with me and he wouldn't. But then he started joking around and was like "dude, you're fuckin addicted to the pump"

I can't deny it, I fuckin love it. If I had the time and thought my body could handle it, I'd probably work out twice a day :rofl:

Now you must take advantage of all that glycogen and get the best pump of your life. Then you'll know what arnold was talking about when he said it felt like cumming in the gym.

Also: went to high school with this guy. Claimed 207 5.7% bf with the pic of his back, the other pic was 2 weeks before so bf % may have been different.
