I'll post up some pics in a couple weeks when I do the tire swap. I ended up buying some used center caps on ebay for $18 set shipped from a reputable seller so I'll have a couple extras (I was missing one cap). I assume when you say "yours don't work on the 2nd gens" you are talking about the center caps as the wheels should fit as they are pretty much the same specs as the 2nd gens. As for the center caps, you would think they would be the same, but some are 5.5 od and some are 5.25 od. If they have metal clips they should work on the older wheels, if they have plastic clips with the circular metal spring type ring they most likely fit the newer wheels. The 17's on the Tundra are the larger ones.

Did my bi-annual interior/exterior full detail. Use Klasse All In One cleaner/protector then Klasse sealant for body and windows; 303 for interior, exterior trim, and tires. I am getting old, it used to be fun, now in the category of labor of love. It takes me a day and a half; wash, 303 tires and trim the night before then I get up early AM for wax/sealant. Now that I'm done I ordered a lug nut brush and some Duragloss 253 from autogeek. Got it all ready for my soon to be delivered shift knob from the AJT group buy! Considering the black TEQ grill badge I noticed on yazmatic's truck.

tell me if this helps or if you need something else. i chose the bs and offset because i wanted the tires to stick out a little with no spacers and theres a good bit of room behind them.

Looks great, I had 285s on my 07 and rather than buying new wheels I got spacers to get my tires off my UCAs which turned into a headache, I'm gearing up to lift, etc my 2015 and getting wheels with offset is high on the list thx for the pics

If you get regular household carpet and you trim it close to the walls of the bed you will not need double sided tape, velcro, or spray adhesive plus if you need to haul something that will get the carpet dirty it is easy to remove and install.

My bikes were mounted in the rail. They whistled and wobbled back and forth because I could never tighten the mount to the rail well.image.jpg

I used a 6x2 board and routed out holes for my d rings to stick through. Routed out a rail to put these big nails I had in the garage to hold the board. image.jpg

Loaded it up and works great. Sits lower than top of cab and doesn't wobble at all. image.jpg

Only the maglight mod, mounted on floor drivers side, billet antenna and have lined all storage under rear seats with rubber to keep the rattling to a minimum.
And to get taller tire you need a lift so yeah. Hand in hand they go. Haha.

Wrong. You need a sawzall to fit taller tires properly. You could do 37s with zero lift.

No, to get taller tires you need to be willing to cut. I run 315s with a little over 2" of lift.
