    Anyone in here not squat and have trouble with getting leg gains? Since I fucked my back up squats hurt my back. I can basically do anything besides squats, deadlift, and similar stuff. I'm fine with lighter weight but once I get up to my working weight i can't do it. I can leg press, hack squat, and do isolation exercises though.

    It sucks cause pre injury squatting was my favorite lift and I always knocked people who made excuses about squatting buthe did everything else. Fuck me right.

    Try squatting on the smith's. It takes the pressure off your back and focuses on your legs more. Set your feet a little more in front.
