going from 2nd gen tacoma to 1st gen.....thoughts???

    How are you adjusting, Will? If it's any consolation, my truck with 130K miles is running better than ever! I average 19+ mpg with a lift and 33"s.

    They have a single serpentine belt instead of the 3 drive belts too!

    I dont catch things very often. That would have been a problem when he found out he has to remove the whole front of his engine to get to the "belt". :D

    He as in me won't be doing this work. lol

    That is what a good mechanic is for. I fought with changing a water pump on an 97 Jeep grand cherokee. That has ruined me for life. No room to work. It took me 5+ hours. Most of the time was spent getting the fan cover off & back on.
