How long did you have to wait for it? I know it used to be a LONG wait. I would have bought one, but $$$$$$$$ and time dictated I go with Badland.

Are you fuging kidding me? I will never do business with those guys again. Great product no doubt, but when it comes to the relay of information between the shop and their office and getting the mounting hardware correct (simple counting), they dont know their asshole from elbow

Edit: Forgot to mention they made the wrong F'n sliders for my order at week 12 in the wait, so after about 15 week I finally had the correct sliders.

I never noticed that. That was my first set of KM2's. I got the KM2's when they werent cool (when they first came out) I had one of the first sets sold in TX. Maybe the siping was differnt on the early ones?? They had about 15K on them at the time of the pic (they were on my 08 Tacoma before hand) I will look at my new set.

I bet thats it (early model KM2).... BFG probably figured out with the harder compound rubber used in the km2 versus the Krawlers, the extra sipping was needed for the tire to flex better.

That is just a theory... I'm not sure about it.

    I think that is it.
I just went outside to look and there is a significant amount more siping on my new tires.
The tires flexed well without the siping, I can only imaging they will do better offroad now.

I wheel with people having all 3.

ARB is insanely solid, but it gets stuck more than the all-pro or 'works. Seems the design gives a little less departure angle/clearance.

Shrockworks is very solid and nice looking (IMO), it's heavy and one piece. I think it's hard to get one quick, I've heard of a lot of delays, maybe it was fixed.

All-Pro is the best looking IMO (and a lot of others), it's multi piece so you can replace parts, but it's not as solid as the other ones, it tends to flex more. All-Pro has worked and improved it with brackets to improve rigidity.

My bumper is all-pro and I'm happy with my choice. I will however change it when armor-tech makes a one-piece design that is more solid.

Air Bag Approved - Let's bless all of these bumpers as "Air Bag Approved" - Since what does that mean? There is no sensor in the bumper. There is no air bag in the bumper. Any of these bumpers will protect you and your junk better than the original 'things.' Especially what we do with these trucks - um, well, what some do intentionally and some unintentionally! ;)

I hope no one buys one over the other because it has been airbag approved. If our trucks get in a airbag level accident - I won't worry it'll supply the bags! I've already be in one accident (I know everyone says not my fault - ticket to other driver if you were wondering) and all I had to do was to repaint the bumper. :) The other car was not as lucky.

For more info on locations of sensors etc...
