Did you have to grind down that center pin at all?

Not as much as I thought. Only took about a 1/16th of inch off.

Probably should. Your KM2s are a bit taller then my MT/Rs, but you should clear. I tried to get the truck to flex out as much as possible, but I was just spinning the wheels and didn't want to engage my locker. Close enough though lol

You and @BYJOSHCOOK are both out of school.... :frusty: I still got next week and then Finals week :pout: I'm hoping to order a Relentless IFS Skid in the next week or so. Probably make my own belly skid though. Need to get some metal though.

I'm hoping the skids will "complete" the look of the truck. Belly skid will probably be the most overkill and beefy thing I'll make. Need to mock it up in Sketchup. Rough idea is that it'll be ~27" wide and ~55" long, plus I'll use angle iron to reinforce the belly so it doesn't bend upwards. Crossmember I'd like to use a mandrel bender to bend some 2x2" square tube and then bend some plate to wrap around the frame (similarly to my DO sliders). Only problem is I don't have access to a mandrel bender that bends square tube. Probably just bend two pieces of round tube as the crossmember. All still an idea, need to do some refining and detail work in Sketchup.

Should be fun project. I'd make my own, but steel is expensive. I was on the phone today with with a few steel supply places here in the Bay Area. A 5'x3'x3/16" piece of plate metal was like $158. A stand 4'x8' in 3/16th was $280! At least 3 angle irons are like $60 for 1.5"x48".
