    Flagstaff is a great town. Housing can be expensive if you want to have land, but a little more affordable outside of city limits in places like Kachina and Munds Park, both of which are still close to Flag. Certainly plenty of industry there with one of the biggest employers being WL Gore. Purina has a large operation there as well. There's plenty of offloading near by including Sedona. You won't have a problem finding reasonable priced industrial shop space either. Only one or two off road shops up there that I know about and a decent sized population while still giving you a reasonable small town feel.
