    I am a 29 year old male Texan, with a fond love for my 2nd Gen Tacoma. I work for the the Texas government as a IT technician. I don't have military back ground but have a lot of family and friends that do. I don't have much automotive experience, but I have a lot of patience and i'm mechanically inclined. I have been on Tacoma world a lot browsing and learning from all the brilliant people on here. I look forward to being in this community and sharing ideas with other like minded people.

    I have a random question to anyone listening. My buddy has a jeep and he was telling me about " The Jeep wave". That when two or more jeep see / pass one another, there is a acknowledgment between jeep owners as if saying "Nice jeep bro" with a hand gesture without knowing one another. So my question is, does Tacoma world have a hand gestures to one another? Or is just understood that Tacoma's are the best mid-sized trucks around. Just wondering. :gossip:

    I had a Wrangler as a dd for 10 years. I can count on one hand the number of times that I didn't get at least the raise of two fingers off the wheel as a "yo, bro". It's weird, like it just comes with the car, no way to avoid it or avoid doing it.
