    I would add the Payson Area is a good one. There are several small towns in the area. Also, Camp Verde, Chino Valley, Prescott area. are great. Flagstaff is also a great option, but housing is the most expensive in Flagstaff, but there is plenty of industrial space. The Northern part of the state will bring you snow. Sedona is awesome, but very little land and lots of crystal worshipping hippies.

    Stay out of the South.
