If you grew up with a 45, a 9mm might feel like the 22. Get a run setup with a few of us with 45s, 40s, and 9mm and get a chance to shoot the different ones. Or go to shooter world and you can rent dozens of different guns, usually for the price of the range and ammo (you have to use their ammo with their rentals). You don't want to buy anything that you haven't shot first.

Nothing wrong with a 9mm. I carried a 40 for duty for years but now many depts are switching back to 9mm. With the current loads available commercially these days, a 9mm is more than effective in my opinion..

I have 9's simply for the price of rounds and compactness. I like to stay very proficient which requires plenty of rounds down range. At .20 per round, I can do that! Doesn't matter how big the slug is if you miss!!!

That reminds me... I bought, or said I'd buy ammo from someone here... who was it, are we still doing the deal?

Roger Moore's interpretation of Bond was much too campy for my tastes! The movies during his tenure made Bond look like an oversexed teenager.

IMO Connery's time as Bond was the best but mostly because Bond was portrayed as a Misogynist dinosaur who pretty much did what he wanted with no guilt and had no qualms killing. Personally I'm the least impressed with Daniel Craig's tenure as Bond though his interpretation is probably the closest to what Ian Fleming had envisioned 007 to be.

What I'm waiting to see is who the next Bond will be. While the rumor mill is still mulling over the possibility that they'll offer the role to Idris Elba, I'm not quite sure the world is ready for that much change in the Bond persona... yet.

alright, enough clowning around, good laugh. How bout 120, since the atm's don't give 5's or 1's yet, for the tank and bracket (which is a good deal) and you can have the necessary rotopax?
