Due to the overwhelming response I have received from the 2nd and 3rd Gen community I found some time to get my online store all stocked up and ready to take orders. So sales are now live!!! I am building the first set of mounts this weekend and they will go to powder coating on Monday, 9 May. I should have them back, packaged and shipped by the following Monday, 16 May. After this first run I will continue to make more stock as required and they should ship out faster once the ball is rolling. A lot of people have used those ones too. You will need to cut the switch from the generic harness and add female spade connectors to hook to that switch. You will also need to add the illumination wires to your dash of you want it to light up, as illumination is not part of the harness originally.

Dang, really impressive that you were able to get costs down that much! Congratulations on your progress. I picked up a used set of your stealth mounts from a TW member that upgraded bumpers, I just need a light bar now. For the stealth mount do you recommend the Cali raised 4D bar or a wicked bar for the best output? I'm assuming that any sort of flood lighting will be blocked since it is the stealth mount. What do you think?

 

Thank you! It all depends on your needs really. If you a re doing a lot of slow technical night driving then you want maximum flood lighting. If you are doing more high speed stuff then you want more spot lighting. The 3D is great for close up flood and medium range lighting, it fills in very well. The 4D is a reach out and touch someone kind of light, it is a super powerful spot. A lot of people say the 4Ds provide a good amount of flood light as well.

As for the Stealth mount and flood lighting, it still gives you plenty. Flood lighting is not just the light that goes way to the side. It is better described as up close lighting. In which case you get a lot. The very outside flood lighting is really the only thing that gets blocked in the stealth location. I would say you still get 90% of the flood lighting a 3D bar can provide!

How much for the combo (with the Cali raised 32" bar) if I wanted delivered by Wednesday to Miami. Is it possible?

Combo with Cali Raised 32" 3D LED is $255. I just welded up all the mounts last night and they are off to the powder coater Monday. So no there isn't really a chance to get them by Wednesday unless you want them with no powder coat and are willing to oay a lot for overnight...

 

$255 for Stealth Mounts and 32" Cali Raised led bars sounds very tempting. Is that OTD?

Are the Wicked 3D bars on your site the ones that have amber and white?

 

No they are not. I also spoke to Wicked and they are discontinuing that model. I will speak with Cali Raised and see if they can get anything similar.

 

Update on orders placed

Mounts went to the powder coater Monday. They said they are trying for Friday completion date but their sand blaster broke and caused a delay. They are still shooting to get these to me, but it might be a small delay.

LEDs will ship tomorrow. I sent order info to Cali Raised today and they will be drop shipping all the LEDs out today/tomorrow. You guys will get those and your wiring harnesses before the mounts.

I also am now including some updated hardware. The LEDs come with generic hardware and mounts. I am going to include new bolts and lock washers to make for a better fit and complete package. These are not security hardware, but they are a nice addition to your combo package.

And last, I had a couple people ask, I ordered some stickers! I hope they will get here in time to put in the box with this first batch of orders. If they don't and you want one I will send some out to you.

Got my LED bar today

I'm leaving for OX2016 on Thursday night. Any word on the brackets? Would be super awesome if they shipped tomorrow. That might give me time to mount this sucker up for the trip
