Did you paint or have it powder coated? I'm getting mine soon through that group buy and want to change the yellow part. I can live with the red shovel head

Thanks for the info. I have the sensor in place already, so looks like I will only need the overhead console. Can you confirm a 05-08 will work in a 2015? Did you ever transfer the bluetooth mic to the other overhead console?

Did the console organizer drop right in or did you have to modify? I bought one off Amazon that others said they used and that sucker is too tight to slide in.

You just have to force it past the lip at the top of the console. Easy! Getting it back out without breaking it is another matter. I used three tongue depressors and allot of patience.

Took the Tacoma keys from her and put her back in the Burb. Yes, the big white beast runs again. Now time to buy something new for the toy.

Decided to to do something about the ever growing holes in my muffler. Bolted on a TRD exhaust. :headbang:

Got this sweet retractable mic holder for my CB. I just removed the sunglasses bin and screwed the provided D-ring into the headliner so the screw is hidden by the bin. Now I have an easily accessible place for my mic while wheeling.

Light bar and wheel spacers to start. And now that I've had it for two weeks, I've got a question for you guys. Right after you turn the truck off, what's that 'winding down' noise? That's the only way I can describe it. It sounds like it's in the back part of the engine compartment, but can't tell. Thanks in advance for any intel.

The noise is normal, it's an emissions deal I believe

Thanks RF. Just never heard it on any other Toyota before.
