    Any idea how much longer the rear should be from the front measuring from the center of the leaf. I'm guessing no more than an inch or so.

    I'm not exactly sure but it's not too much. My icon AAL was maybe 1 1/2" difference. Maybe less

    Mine is 15 1/2" to center in the front and 18" to center in the rear

    Tons of flex with increased weight capacity. Really big benefit is axle drop. Allows the tire per side to come way down, limited by shock travel. You'll want to pick shocks based on what you want. @SMKYTXN has done this. His is the cleanest one I've seen and smartest options picked.

    Mine are much shorter than yours and they are the same length front to back 22 inches total length. 11 inches center to front and 11 inches center to rear.

    I'm almost certain the fix is a new leaf pack. The "taco lean" is a none issue that only gets exemplified when doing the AAL.

    The length is the same from front to pin hole and rear to pin hole.

    Yes, your 4 year old single aal is shitty. Either your stock leaf pack or your aal on one side is shot. You can try a new aal, but if your leaf pack is flat on one side that won't help. The only other option would be a new leaf pack.

    Edit: And if that doesn't work, I'm not sure what the problem is. You might have a bigger issue.

    Did you even try loosening and retorquing the leaf bolts while the truck is sitting on it's own weight at ride height?

    Not yet. I'm assuming I just leave the truck sitting on level ground and then loosen all 4 bolts from the ubolts. Then retighten them down.

    I loosened and re tightened the ubolts and now the drivers side is only about a half inch higher than the passenger side. Still visibly uneven but it is better.
