Well, looks like nothing bad happened so we're heading up! Hoping I have time to stop by. Party starts at 1 but father in law wants to stop at some Portuguese store up there before to get some stuff he says it's better up there than it is here.

 

Going to look at my first travel trailer today. The wife and I have been talking about upgrading and we found a small one that might fit the bill. It's a hybrid trailer so the ends fold out for 2 beds.

 

Very cool! I've been trying to convince my wife that the family would benefit from a pop-up camper. Actually emailed someone last night on CL about one.

 

You can't beat family time camping. I miss ours but the time isn't right for another one

Nice! If you're seriously looking for one, I'll be selling my pop up if we get this one. It's a 2001 Jayco Eagle 12SO, it's a pop up with a side slide so it's got a lot of interior space. I put a decent amount of money into it, it's in great shape especially for it's age. It's not perfect but I could give you the 'full disclosure' tour of it if I end up selling it and if you're interested.

 

I'm in NJ for a wedding this weekend, so I can't enjoy any weekend time to dig into the yard.

I'm fairly confident I've got a jungle going on at home. (sigh)

 

Very nice Mike. That is our perfect camper right there. I think they are the best of both worlds, still sleep under the tent portion but get the full amenities of a travel trailer. We have even gone and looked at the Rockwood Roo's new.

Left a little later than I wanted to because of the wife. Women... FML.

 

I always gave mine a time an hour earlier than when I actually wanted to leave. Usually worked.
