    Ahhhhhhh now I see.
I do need to wash the truck and jeep.
    Oil change in the jeep
Mods I'm investigating at this time is to open all doors with one click.
Not for me but for all the winers that can't concept pushing a plastic button twice.
And a key lock on pass door.

    Already cut the grass
Can't plant for 2 more weeks.
    Mmmmmmmmmm
Maybe just the oil change today.
    Maybe just coffee today..........

Good Morning TW, cold and rainy today. I was able to get my yard work done yesterday. Got the truck service done, installed the RokBlokz mud flaps, good quality, easy install, work good, better clearance, but don't look as good as stock, but they will protect the sides.Enjoy the day all you 50 somethings.

I had some unused broken fishing stuff so I decided to make it useful again. Turned a old spinner bait into a buzzbait.

Started a new med yesterday. It's a pre op antibiotic. Side effect? Forget any possibility of sleep. The doctor won't be available until Tuesday morning. I'm admitted Tuesday afternoon. This isn't going to be a "happy weekend".

I hate to appear to be a whiner or complainer, but this shit is ridiculous. About to make 3rd call to Dr's answering service.

OTHERWISE.......Rain again last night. 19 days in a row where we've had at least SOME measurable rainfall. Did I fall asleep and wake up in Seattle?

It's mid MAY. Weather is usually 70's and 80's here by now. 52 now, dreary, damp, windy, and THIRTY FREAKIN' NINE DEGREES tonight. What happened to spring?

I was going fishing today. More likely going postal.

In other news, we may be "adopting" another bird. Friend of a friend has a Jenday Conure they need to find a home for. We already have one Jenday. We have an empty cage. This may happen!

Sorry about the no sleep @Bluegrass Taco, it may just be that you are thinking about the operation? Or are you like me and can usually fall asleep at the drop of a hat?

Morning all, looks like we are at the start of what we call 'June gloom'. It is a yearly battle between the desert and the ocean, causing overcast skies in the morning and late afternoon. Helps to keep the temps lower.

Just did one mod yesterday, put the headrest legs in a vice and used a pipe to bend them about an inch. What a difference. My neck is in a more normal position when I am driving.

Your not whining. Your frustrated and nervous.
Whine away if you want. Remember, phone calls are available.

    Don't hesitate.

So I went and got the oil for the jeep.
    Did some errands

Went to Wally World and bought out every single $1.00 buzz bait they had.
Can't make the blades for that so now I have spare parts.

Changed the oil in the jeep.
Took out the rear window and washed it.
Waxed it twice and the reinstalled it with a good zipper lube.

Just two more to go then I can spray top conditioner on it and do the body..

Hope you feel better soon Blue. Don't think you're whining or bitching, we're family here on the 50s. The weather has sucked here in Md as well. Went for a run this morning and afterward detoured to the beach. 0514160827a.jpg
