Finally got the flooding under control and the electric back on, dehumidifiers are running full blast... there goes the truck parts fund.

Don't know what a good price is, but I saw this on Wallapop this morning. Wasn't someone looking for one a day or two ago?

One day. The plan was never to stay in MD. Came here for a job 5 years ago. Once the market picks up, I plan to go West. But it may never happen. I have to obviously figure out the logistics of it with my business partner. He wants to go west too, just not Arizona.

I was just looking at housing cost in Arizona last night dirt cheap compared to Md.

Yeap. Not as much money to be made in most of AZ though either. MD is $$$$ thanks to DC and Baltimore and some of Northern VA.

Yeah but with housing cost at half of what they are here you could actually afford to make less and still live comfy ..plus a lot closer to Moab and that's reason enough for me

The wife and I were talking and when both of our girls are done with college and or Med or Grad school we 're more than likely moving somewhere else

I was in Texas for 3 years. Agree that it's significantly cheaper. Miss the cost of living out there

Scottsdale, Arizona is an awesome city with a cool downtown area and lots of outdoor activities. There is a resort out there where you could take a family vacation and see for yourself.

I'd move back to Corpus Christi in a heartbeat, Texas was a great state.

These stock leafs springs suck. Had 6 bags of paver sand and 40 12x12 pavers and I had them frowning and had the squat on. Hum what to upgrade to?

Airbags! still get a nice ride unloaded and good flex off road. then when you need it, toss a little air in the bags, and you can ride level with more than the truck is rated for in the bed.

I've had my airbags for about 2 years and love them
