All done. The out was alot easier than the install. Carolyn came out to help the old guy which is always nice. Time to clean mess and tools. I will get the oil changed during the week as well as change the battery

We both really like the Roos, they're tough to find used.

We passed on the trailer, it had issues that the seller failed to mention or wasn't aware of (or a combination of the two). It had a decent price, I'm sure someone will pick it up, I don't need another project though.

Yeah the Roo's are nice. Seem like the best of the hybrids. Dealership in Plainville has a nice used one.

Just took a look, sale pending. You were talking about MacDonald's right? I've been keeping my eye on Albany, NY dealers. The trailers out there tend to be a lot cheaper than around here.

Thanks Mike, I just saw the other post saying you passed on the other one. I'm not really sure what were getting into yet I'm still in the exploratory phase and I have a lot to learn. When we do finally pick something up its probably going to be old and cheap. That way I can make my mistakes and not worry too much about the investment. Second time around we'll move up the ladder.
My email yesterday went out to a guy who had no price in his ad but sounded like he just wanted it removed....I figure something like that fits well in our first time around budget
Good luck with your search, seems like you know exactly what you're looking for.

No worries, if you have any questions on what to look for, let me know. My pop up is our 'old and cheap' camper. It needed some work but nothing major. With campers, there a few things to check specifically before you buy and with pop ups, it's the roof. Feel around where the canvas meets the roof and make sure the roof plywood is dry and in good shape.

We have an idea of what we want, still need to see a few more and find the right deal. We might have to hold off to next year if we get too far into the season.

Well next year should be a bigger event. It's the 10th anniversary.

Yeah that's the place. That's the exact one I want. It has 3 beds. One front, one rear and one on the side. Plus the table goes down so can sleep 8. Rachel doesn't care as much because the older ones won't want to go with us as much anymore but I still think it's the best one if anyone ever want's to bring a friend along.

I got mine a 96 Coleman off CL for real cheap and I've dragged it around quite a bit. It's small but we can still sleep 6 and it's served us very well.
Cool, GL with it. I'll have to expand my searches to NY if they are going a lot cheaper. I had already looked around NH and ME.
