Been a while since I've posted in here. Tonight might be my last night with my boy. He's been refusing to eat little by little. What started as a possible ulcer went to either a tumor or twisted stomach. Took him to the vet today and she gave him an IV and booster shots. She laid it out though that at this stage he wouldn't survive a surgery. I'm hoping he turns it around in the morning but I don't want him to continue to suffer.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully, he turns around and you're able to have more time with him.

This is Dodger he is 14 weeks old ... Also loves watching baseball "hence the name"... Best pup we have ever had and we have raised about 5 pups such as Boxers, Rottweilers and Chocolate Labs and he is the smartest breed we have had.

Sorry to hear. They usually know when it's time better than we do. I hope that all the time you have left with him is good.

Chevy passed away this morning around 7:45 am. He spent his last night in bed with us and he put his paw on my girls belly. She said our daughter started moving almost like they were playing with each other. I'm definitely going to miss him but glad he isn't suffering anymore.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes I appreciate it.

Here's my little one. Still a pup, and quite a task getting her trained. She's pretty good now... Unless we see a squirrel.

ummmm that doesn't get better.... my 5 & 10 yo pups go bonkers when they see squirrels. you should see them scamper when I let the girls out - squirrels and the dogs
