The rails/towers/bars are all Yakima. Was on the truck when I bought it. I added the rack, it's a Rola Vortex. Great value...I got the rack+extension and the whole setup was only $185 including shipping. I was shocked at the quality of it for that price...

Took my baby out into the dirt for the first time in 2 years since getting sick. So grateful to my TW brethren who got me out there with my baby.

Got the bed all finished up and on the truck, Gotta sand it down more because I threw some bondo on there last minute to smooth it all out a bit but overall better than a big rust hole :D

I've got a rust hole on mine and at some point, I want to address it. Bondo was my first thought. What else did you do? Yours looks good.

It lets a lot of air through, but I'm sure not as much as the stock one did.
It looks much denser in the photo than it does in person, that white is just really bright.

image.jpg It's a bit dark, but this is a closer picture of the mesh.

Thanks man, basically just cut out the areas and anywhere the rust even touched,
    image.jpg
Then I made some replacement pieces out of 16awg steel, it was kinda thick compared to the bed steel but seemed to work alright. Bent it between 2 pieces of thick steel tubing in a vice to keep it nice and straight and even, just used a hammer no heat or anything necessary. only have a pic of one of the pieces which went over half of one of those ridges:
    image.jpg
Weld everything in on low current settings, I blew holes through the steel but eventually got used to it, just can't run beads Gotta tack it one after the other (only part of it in no pics of the other piece):

Then basically grind it all down and throw a bit of bondo on top to fill imperfections and tiny holes between tacks (maybe it's just me and my bad welding, i dont know):

It looks like the quicksand color I saw on a 2016 last month.

Whats with the passenger headlight? It looks like it has been pushed in on the grill side..

Unfortunately, I won't have the time to do something like this. I have to drive to work and then various jobsites, so I don't have many options. I really appreciate the offer.

Drop bracket lift and booger welds
I want to do this eventually when I get a welder. All my weld work has me needed to hit up a buddy with a welder to get done. I just used fiberglass as a temporary solution to this problem till I can fix it right.

Oh no. Now you have done it.

Now tape off around the badging and spray them gloss black.
    And remove the SR-5s.
Then you need a black TRD logo.
