Just installed Opt7 LEDs in projectors and fogs.

are you also replacing your headlights or leaving as is?

 

My English was weak. I meant my two headlight emit the same colour of light. 6000k.

My bad. I reread my post and it reads otherwise. Mine are matching.

They will. EXCELLENT customer service. Attach a photo in your first email to them and it will be answered and sent within 48 hours I bet. Let us know how it goes

 

Well I went ahead and ordered the headlight and fog light bulbs. going to be 4 weeks before I get home and can put them in but I am excited.

 

A month away from your truck!? Awful. Inflat the tires if it's going to sit in heat for that long. #flatspots
I'm super happy with my cree fogs and flux headlights. Highbeams would be nice but cheap.

 

Been gone for over a month now and still have a month before I get back and my wife loves driving the truck so no worries about getting flat spots in the tires. super excited to get home so I can drive the truck again and super excited to install the LED lights. I love the new headlights on the Tacoma with the LED accent lights from the factory but didn't like the cheap yellowish hue from the projectors. I hardly use the high beams so not too worried about those right now.

 

So many damn pages in here, but has anyone ordered the high beams? I want to order them now but I'm not exactly sure on the bulb size... As I've heard a couple different things. Thanks a bunch!

 

I have the H11 as my high beams.

 

If a goof. The H11 is the size of the connector. Does the H11 as a high beam have a different angle or is there a lens that increases the strength?

 

The light output is pretty good just off the reflector to be honest. The light is a slightly scattered but it is bright as hell.

 

So do you use the same bulb as the low in the high beam? Do you use these http://www.ebay.com/itm/141626730616 for the fogs too?

Speaking for myself, I have Morimoto HIDs for the lows and Morimoto LED assemblies for the fogs. I installed the fog light assemblies earlier today.

So the Tacoma owners manual says H9 for high beam. Can we confirm that the correct bulb for the high beam is in fact H11 from Opt 7? So it would be 3 pairs of H11 bulbs to do the fogs, lows and highs... Is that correct? Thanks guys.

I use the H11 Opt7 as my high beams and they work fine.

 

Are they bright as hell?

 

Yes they are very bright and the light overpowers my HIDs.

 

Anyone know if these will fit a 2016 4Runner TRD Pro??

 

Has anyone compared these to Morimoto HID lights?
