^^^ This. RBR has found some speed, they've always been good in tighter sections of tracks, and Monaco is nothing but tight sections.

I personally think he jigged left before diving right, and the jig left is what Hamilton reacted to by committing to the right side. Jigs and jags aside, Rosberg effectively blocked the entire width of the track to prevent a demonstrably faster competitor from overtaking. If he had been in a Manor people would be treating the event very differently.
