I just checked Amazon. They have them for 360 including shipping from a couple vendors

Someone probably finally reported those vendors to SPC - they were in clear violation of the MAP Policy for their parts. When I pull it up in my system its showing me that MAP is $485.91 for this part, anything less and its either being sold by someone who isn't a registered vendor and might not get it covered under warranty if something fails. This means to me that I must advertise it at $485.91, anyone listing it below is in clear violation of MAP.

I understand if you look at it from the customer side you just want the cheapest price possible, there are plenty of internet shops that whore prices out at just over cost and are okay with making minimal margins on it. But as a vendor like myself (Not on here but I specialize in import cars) with a store front, install bays, dyno's etc... the MAP Policy allows people who actually install and work with the product to actually make money over it. This has been an on-going issue in the aftermarket world of sales... never ending battle but it protects shops like mine and many others who have overhead, sales staff, store front etc as opposed to those selling from their mom's basements 'whoring stuff out' at 5% over cost.

Just some food for thought - whether or not you guys care is up to you, but that's what MAP is and why it is enforced. Support your local shops - because when shit hits the fan they might be the only one who can help bail you out of a tight bind.
