I put the flush mounts in my bumper. Got 2 for like $20 from Amazon and they work great.

I'll have to remember those when my bumper is finished. Was thinking Auxbeam flush mount on Amazon seemed like they would be good reverse lights.

Nice. Looks great. No way to do flush mounts with a tube bumper though.

Bad waterproofing seems to be the most common problem with cheap lights.

The "Tuff LED Lights" on Amazon are sturdy. Had them on tractor over a year, maybe 2. Definitely tested them against heavy dust and vibration. Not much water exposure. No issues to date.
Have parked next to truck at night. The pair is as bright as truck's stock headlights.

Just so yall know, we're changing our company name from Grove St. Motorsports to Grove St. Fabrication. Describes what we do a lil better and theres quite a few company's with the initials GSM. So it's now GSF.

Tuff LED's on mine. The right one got a little bit of moisture, but i opened it up and aired it out and resealed it. I love them. And they're bright as shit.

Uuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh no. Haha but the initials are cool.

I was drawing some logo ideas I had and Sarah asked me why I chose motorsports. I told her idk, we just have always said that but I've never really thought about it. She said she thinks of racing, like drag racing or track racing and that we didn't really do that. Although we have a drift car we built, it's more the building of things that we do instead of like a race team. So I never really thought of it from an outside perspective. Using fabrication on the end describes the company better. We were also having a hard time using GSM as a hash tag and stuff. Well Barry was anyway. I've never hash tagged anything. Haha

didnt get to burn metal today but got this built. went to harbor fake and tried to find an actual welding cart they have for like 50$. Their website offers 3 different ones (each with its own item number, obviously). I show up to look at them and they have 1 of the 3, and naturally it was the smallest one and the one I could not use. I asked if they carry any of the other item number carts and he says "well our system keeps pushing this particular item # when we put one of the others in there. Its all the same item # since it keeps giving us this one." so i say, "well they are all different dimensions of tray for the top part which is why I need a particular one, and not the one you have." To which he replys, "no, they are all the same, blah blah blah (tries to tell me its coded different from china and california so they can track which factory it comes from)"

So i tell him "I dont work here, but im pretty sure thats not how it works, I got these numbers from the harbor freight website under "dimensions" tab for each item #'ed cart. Thanks for the help though" and I walked away....thanks for being useless.

Stopped by lowes on the way home though and got 2 1$ hooks, widened the holes to fit, so I could keep the cables off the ground. I know it cant hold a tank (although a small tank may work on the bottom of the cart) but this will get me through for now. And i finally think im all done getting things and can focus on practice.

    Cart.jpg

EDIT: this cart only cost like 38 so it was a win anyway
