Are those the x-acts..? I'm having trouble with my weatherbeaters curling up. They might replace mine with x-acts. Hoping they are better without the curl up problem.

Well, I just got a note from Airaid. They made some tweaks to the prototype intake, so it's going back on my truck for a little testing... Looks like it'll be on my truck for the Overland Expo in Flagstaff.

 

I have the Husky Weatherbeaters - they no curl either.

 

I'll be there Saturday for the day. I'll keep my eyes open for a bearded dude wearing flannel..... Fuck, I think that'll be at least half the people at the expo.

 

The Husky's do it too. They pop out of their carpet molly on occasion.

 

Yes they are x-acts. I put weatherbeaters in my girlfriends civic and they curled. So when I got my truck I new I didn't want that happening to me so I got the x-acts! They fit perfectly and there is no chance they will curl! If i were you I would get them.

 

Damn, you guys are making me hungry!

 

I've never heard of them before but looking at the high clearance turn down and for under $300 I'm sold on it.

 

Thanks. They are offering me x-acts for a replacement for the rear so I'm trying to get them to give me the fronts as well so they match.
