Got mine installed today - looks awesome! Super happy with how it turned out - nice work @JLee. Installation was pretty straight forward with the exception of having to drill a new hole for the top middle bolt to align properly with the surround.image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Looks great! yeah the top middle hole is defiantly one that will need to be opened if you want the bolt to lay flush it's just too tiny. The hole on our insert would have to be right on the edge to make it sit flush I have moved it up a little more to about .250 from the edge but it's still not enough to make it sit perfectly flush without opening that hole just a little.

Lol, nice Jay Z reference. Trucks are looking great with this grille, keep them coming. Still waiting to see a BBP with one.

Looks awesome. The grill grows on me each day. Home run with this thing IMO.
You should wrap the back plate in multicam snow or kryptek yeti!

BBP color matched was the lowest orders we received only two orders for that color. I'm sure there are some all black ones but only two with the BBP black plate ordered so far.

They look fantastic!!!! I'm glad I went with the color matched back plate.... I was worried initially that I wouldn't like it and would revert to all black, but I think it will be the perfect amount of color to break up the black grille -- and with silver, it certainly wont' be too much bling. I haven't seen much mention of silver in the posts, how many folks are waiting on that? I thought the silver was the same color as previous years, so I thought that would be one of the easier colors to get, but I guess not.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Surprisingly only 5 orders for a silver backing plate. The main problem I had with the colors was trying to get "2016" colors from Toyota direct they were so slow it was stupid! I had to look into other options I finally found another place to have paints made up for samples and got them out to the powder manufacture. They did have a few powders in the system that were pretty close (I went into a dealer and placed them on the trucks in the sun to match) but not perfect so I opted for a complete reformulation to get these colors spot on! It takes more time but It will be worth it in the long run.

I have 3 US dealers set up already that are going to start offering them on new trucks.
