OK, I'm feeling lost after searching multiple pages and using the search feature here and google. If I recall correctly someone did a write up installing a softopper on the KB voodoo side rails.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

    Is there an issue?

Give me a few hours and I can go install mine. Bed rails are sitting on the front porch now

Look on @KB Voodoo vendor page. I had asked the same question if the combo would work, and he said yes. May have link to write up your looking for as well

I was looking for the same post. Thought I found it but I didn't. I'd like to know how the Softopper fits on the bedrails. On the composite bed rails the topper doesn't perfectly pinch on so the topper sides bend in a bit. The fab rails are much thinner and the topper may sit much better. I wanted to know before I buy. I though @DoorDing did a write up but his build page only shows him having the tailgate cap, not the bed rails.

@Rusty15Tacoma If you have a Softopper I'd love to see pictures with installation of both!

I'll do one unless someone finds one sooner. Need to wash the truck and put the kid down for a nap and feed the warden lunch. Putting the bed rails on now.

@Rusty15Tacoma Would love to see the install as well, cause I'm planning on doing the same install in the near future.

@DoorDing definitely did a write up with the side rail caps, but I'll be damned if I can find it.

Slightly off topic, has anyone ran across a bed rack that would replace the collapsible soft topper system?

Why do you ask? Just as an improvement or are you having longevity problems with yours?

I like the expo style racks. I do see an issue in the future with the rack. My experience with these types of racks (same as old jeep soft tops) is they get tweeted and bent a little over time.

Sorry for the late response. Here are some photos on how my topper sets. Not to thrilled on where it's at right now.

The center pins sit flush with the inside bed rails and everything is sitting flat. I think the increased thickness between the bed rail and bed cap causes the offset.

Everything else fits fine though and it works. (Don't mind the foam)
