Awesome leg day today. I only had 45 mins, so I was rushing, but it was still good. On my squats, I had the bar lower on my back for the first time and the weight seemed so much lighter. I did all my sets with my feet about 6" outside my shoulders and my feet out about 20 degrees. I did my last set with a narrow stance and my feet straight forward. Everything about 2-3" below parallel today.

    squats: 135x15, 225x10, 275x6, 315x3, 225x8, 135x10
seated leg extensions: 4 sets of 10-20
lying leg curls: 4 sets of 15-25
seated leg curls: 4 sets of 7-10

Didn't have tim to do calves, so I'll hit them with shoulders tomorrow.

Currently in between innings of a baseball game with my nephew. Sweating like a whore in church and can't breathe

    Superset:
Hammer strength shoulder press 3x10 with 2 45s on each side
    3x20 Arnold press with 35s

    Superset
3x15 front raise w/35 LB plate
Side raise 3x15 with 25 LB dumbbell

    Superset
Cable upright rows 3x10 at 120
Rear delt barbell shrugs 3x15 at 135

Fucking hate my left shoulder. Not sure how but it's been acting up since Friday morning..the blade part near my side. I'm about to just do dumbbell curls with my right arm because I can't stand it anymore.

Oh and even more of a kick in the balls. I may be losing my home gym.

My chest is by far my weakest area, although post injury everything is pretty weak. Idk if its the Mr hyde or what, but I wasn't even sweating during this. My heartrate was pretty low also. I'm usually drenched in sweat. I usually try to do 8-12 reps of the max weight I can get in that range with. My muscles are beat but I just feel no aerobic exertion. I take 45 seconds to 1 minute between sets

To be fair, I am changing my training toward isolated traditional lifting and away from high paced rounds of multiple exercises and constantly moving.

At first I read through that and thought it said '5x15 barbell press at 225' and was like, "HOLY FUUUUUCK!"

Also, I love shoulders. The only thing I hate doing is calves and abs, which is why I have no calves or abs. Oh and beer, that plays a small roll on the lack of abs, too :anonymous:

    Why?

    Gonna try that as well.

Except if I don't drink any caffeine right now, I get a headache. So...gonna have to kinda take it slow. Drink a Mtn dew or something and ween myself off the caffeine

I just started drinking coffee after starting my new job. I started 3 weeks ago and I only drink 8oz in the morning, if I skip it I have a headache for the rest of the day.

I do 16 oz coffee each morning and a pre on lifting days and that's my only source of caffeine. #nevergettingoffcrew
