I've been drinking a Mtn dew kickstart every morning. Otherwise I have a headache by lunch. And I hate coffee, so I can't do that.

I've finally gotten away from where I get caffeine headaches. I used to have to have a sweet tea, a soft drink, coffee, or something by 10-11 or else I'd get a serious headache. Now I don't and pre is pretty much the only caffeine I consume.

I love coffee! The best part is the ingredients: "coffee".
I love diet sodas and sugar free monsters, red bull's, etc.. but all those are ultimately horrible for the body.

I used to drink either a white monster or pink rockstar every day- sometimes two! At the beginning of this year I quit cold turkey... For a month I was soooo lathargic and the headaches were KILLER! Now I have a random red bull and my fat burner/pre workout. Every few weeks I take at least a few days off of everything.

Last night the headache got so bad I couldn't do anything but just lay down and close my eyes. I was pissed cause I couldn't eat my food and so I had to wake up in the middle of the night to finish it.

srs. I'll drink a Coke maybe once a month or so, but other than that, it's coffee and pre-workout and that's it.

    Agreed. Love coffee

Just keep riding the pony, baby!

I drink anywhere from 3 cups of coffee to 12 cups a day. I'll make a full pot in the morning and drink it through out the day

Y'all ain't right. I don't drink coffee. I have a kuerig but it's stocked only with these cappachino cups. They are pretty good, but they lack caffeine. My wife drinks them when it is cold in the morning and I have them occasionally as a night cap after a day of drinking, but I heavily dilute it with Kahlua..

I usually drink mixed drinks with Diet Pepsi or something similar, but that is usually only on the weekends and not that often...

I take a preworkout but the one I use only has 50mg of caffeine. I still like to cycle off it every couple of months.

I'm scared of becoming dependent on caffeine and y'all make it sound even worse haha
