    Can't f'ing wait!!!!!! With one it's a damn mortgage payment at the end of the month. When the newest little one starts going as well, I'll be in deep shit. They are about 2 years apart so the "offset" will be "nice", but still.... :eek:

    Been thinking about that, but would only be able to sell them after I got these of course. That would definitely help offset the hit a bit. It's just hard pulling the trigger now knowing what the number is right now.
