    I did 165x2 and then again x3 for clean and press today. When I was doing the 5x5 I was at 155 for strict OH press when I stopped doing that program (back in December).

    165x3 would be about 180 for one give or take eh?

    I used to do cleans back in high school, but haven't really done them since. I was power cleaning 225 at 140 lbs. but we never did clean and press. Broke my wrist several years ago and a buddy was doing 135 cleans in the gym. I tried it. My wrist refused to bend backward and I had to basically run to chase the weight and get my wrists under it. Decided I wasn't gonna do that anymore after that.

    Dude, just put like 315 on there and go for it. Don't worry about form. It's about how much weight you can do. Worry about form later.

    So serious question that I am actually a little concerned with here and wanted to see if anyone else experiences this. When I was doing squats Tuesday I noticed in the mirror my legs are getting vascular but on the tops of my knees and close to the bottom of my quads. Super vascular. And I'm used to seeing people's arms really vascular not their legs. I drink 1.5 gallons of water a day so I'm not dehydrated. Is this normal? I'll try and get someone to take a pic next week but just seeing if anyone else is like that.
