Hi guys, I'm only about 15 miles from the eastern OH border, so I thought I would stop in here.
Can anyone advise me of eastern OH trails/rides/meets?
    Thanks

Decided to pull this thing out of storage and clean it up. Plan is to get back on the track this summer/fall!

Hello, welcome. I'm sure some others up that way will chime in. Roman and I are gearing up for Moab, so I don't think we will be doing anything anytime soon. Some of the others have been doing small trips pretty regularly.

Long time without hearing from me...FINALLY got the recall notice with remedy for my rear leaf springs. I've been holding off on upgrading to the All Pro Standards I bought off Roman til the remedy for recall came through. My question is...how can I have the dealership install the All-Pro leaf springs in place of the OEM fix but still get them to give me the springs for the factory fix? I've heard others doing this but want some direction on best approach. Anyone have experience?

Hey Ohio guys I still have an access limited tonneau cover for a 2ng gen 5 ft bed for sale if anyone wants it. It was on the truck for less than a half year before I sold the truck. $200 takes it. I'll even knock the dust off of it before you pick it up. It's been sitting since March.

I haven't heard of places allowing that but it's worth a all to your FAVORITE dealership, obviously.

I would just go get the recall done and then put the AP springs in my self and not worry about whether a dealer will do it and find something to charge you for since they don't make shiz on recall/warranty stuff.

@BDub man I work this Saturday until 4, last Sunday I had a plan set where @i_cappi was going with me but my back up jeep guy bailed on me and I had some slick trails in mind so I just opted out.

What did you guys use to clean off sliders before primer and paint? Mineral spirits, acetone?

I used lacquer thinner. Then etched it with POR Metal Prep. Then wash off metal prep with hose and dry surface thoroughly. Then you are ready for paint.

Got the gear rack done and mounted. Not sure how or if I will use it. Required a bit of work on the mounting holes to line up. But it's in.

    It looks cool anyway.
